As you trigger the zones the top line of the

display shows the number of zones remaining

to be tested. The bottom line of the display

shows the first in a list of the zones you have

selected to test.

Each zone that you test shows an “A” if you

have tested the Alarm contacts and a “T” if you

have tested the tamper.

The chime tone will sound for each zone you

activate if you have enabled Chime.

Press if you wish to see a list of the zones

not yet triggered.

8. Press u or n to scroll up or down the list of

zones.

Press X to finish the test.

To test the zones in one or more partitions:

1. Enter the installer menu and select Test (see

steps 1 to 4 in “To start testing” on page 144).

The bottom line of the display gives you the

opportunity to turn the chime feature on or off.

7. Press < or > to select a partition for testing.

Each time you press < or > the “Yes” toggles

to a “No” and back again. When “Yes” appears

the partition is selected.
